You Don’t Have to Have It All Figured Out

You dont have to blog

Sisters,

Have you ever felt like everyone else has a plan except you?

Maybe you’re trying to make the right decision, wondering which direction to take, or asking God to show you what’s next. The more you think about it, the more overwhelmed you become. Before long, your mind is spinning, your heart is anxious, and you’re convinced you can’t move forward until you have every answer.

I’ve been there.

And if I’m honest, sometimes I still find myself there.

Then God gently reminds me that faith has never been about having all the answers. It’s about trusting the One who does.

The Truth About Having It All Figured Out

We often believe that confidence comes from knowing exactly what’s ahead.

But confidence rooted in Christ comes from trusting Him one step at a time.

If we insist on knowing every detail before we move, we’ll often stay exactly where we are.

God rarely reveals the entire journey.

Instead, He gives us enough light for the next step and invites us to trust Him with the rest.

What God Reminded Me

Over the past several months, God has been teaching me something that has brought so much peace to my heart.

Like many women, I wanted to know the whole plan. I wanted to see how every piece fit together. I wanted to know how the ministry would grow, how the website would come together, how every resource would be created, and how everything would work out.

But instead of giving me the whole blueprint, God kept bringing me back to one simple truth:

“Victoria, you don’t have to carry tomorrow. I’ve already gone before you. Just walk with Me today.”

That changed everything.

Instead of asking God to show me the next five years, I’ve learned to ask Him for today’s assignment.

One phone call.

One blog article.

One conversation.

One act of obedience.

I’ve discovered that peace doesn’t come from having everything figured out.

Peace comes from trusting the One who already does.

Key Scripture

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”

Proverbs 3:5–6 (NIV)

Notice that God never says we have to understand everything.

He simply asks us to trust Him.

As we do, He faithfully directs our path.

For Today

If your mind feels full of unanswered questions, give yourself permission to set them down for a moment.

Ask God one simple question:

“Lord, what is my assignment for today?”

Then trust Him enough to do that one thing faithfully.

Tomorrow will come with tomorrow’s grace.

Final Encouragement

You don’t have to have your entire life planned out.

You don’t have to know every answer before taking the next step.

You don’t have to carry the weight of tomorrow today.

You simply have to keep walking with the Shepherd.

He already knows where He’s leading you.

And if you stay close to Him, you’ll always be exactly where you need to be.

Stay Strong Body, Mind & Spirit
